When you buy, we receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your download and support you. Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by Soft Weeks.
How we use it

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing juniorram2008@icloud.com.
Health information
The PDF is filled in by you, on paper or on your own device. We never see what you write in it.
